Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method. Exception: We reserve the right to make exceptions in specific cases as permitted by applicable local legislation. 2. Disclaimer of Liability Tour Risks: Participants acknowledge that tours involve inherent risks (weather, terrain, transportation) and assume full responsibility for physical injuries, material losses, or inconveniences during the activity. Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or modifications caused by: Natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods). Political conflicts, strikes, or social unrest. Government restrictions (e.g., closures of protected areas). Any event beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer tour rescheduling or credit for future services, with no obligation for monetary refunds. 3. Insurance Travel insurance is not included in our packages. We strongly recommend clients purchase a policy covering: Trip cancellation due to personal or medical reasons. Loss of luggage or documents. Medical emergencies during the tour. We will provide invoices or documentation required for insurance claims upon client request. 4. Data Protection Collection: We only store data necessary for bookings (name, contact details, payment information) for transactional and communication purposes. Security: We use SSL protocols and encrypted systems to protect financial data. We do not share information with third parties without explicit consent, except for essential tour providers (e.g., hotels, transporters).
